$350(small room)-400(bigger room)/month at basement, share washroom
$425-450/month third floor rooms, share washroom
$500/month first and second floor, share washroom -
$600-700/month for private washroom -
all rate is base on four or more month stay,
if only stay one month $75 more, two month $50 more each month
