我出国16年了,我所经历的打工,上学,找专业工作,买车,买房,生孩子,育孩子,接父母,
帮助中国的家人等等等等所碰到的辛,酸,苦,乐也就是你或未来要来多伦多的中国人所碰到的.
今天有幸我参加市议员竞选就是希望能依靠市政府制定一定的法律使你的生活更容易些,
使你的辛,酸,苦更少些,使你的快乐更多些,请看一看我的观点和想法,如果同意,
请你花一点时间去投我一票.如有更多建议也请告知我或告诉你所在区的议员.
使我们华人在加拿大有一个好的身心,能找到工作,能买房,能养育孩子,扶养老人,
能有一快快乐乐的家庭生活.

1.垃圾问题: 如果您认为所有垃圾夏天每周一次, 冬天可以两周一次的请投我一票.
2.交通问题: 如果您认为我的办法可有效的减少路上的车次,请投我一票.
           多用校车,减少父母送孩子的车次.很多服务网上可办,减少白天办事的车次. 
          用改变交通规则的办法减少交通事故.很多事故是因为不好的交通规则引起的.
         把路标设为开车容易找到目标,顺利到达目的地.也可减少事故.开车时能拐弯的路口都让拐,
       可减少车在路上跑的时间.处理交通事故不要占用车路, 到路边或小路上去处理.
       先让上下班的车走.上下办时间车进高速路要定一分钟进几辆的办法.
       修路,堵路时,要提前告诉开车人前面要绕道而行.不要到了跟前才知道.
       改变交通规则,使回家或上班的距离最短.
3.学校问题: 如果你有孩子和希望学校开门关门时间实行 7:00 AM --- 6:00 PM, 上课时间不变.
      学校应有午餐: 低收入的家庭免费, 其它家庭交一点钱. 多用校车接送, 安全, 省事, 
      减少交通拥挤.请投票．美国可做到，我们为什么不能．
4.犯罪问题:  如果您认为市政府要成为市民的后勤部,使每个市民有事做,公司有钱赚,
     能买屋买车,安居乐业.这样犯罪率会大大降低.用市议员的钱设立”愤怒”热线.
     专人接听生气人的电话,使人不在气头上做傻事.设立”生活求助”热线,对无钱吃饭者, 
      无钱住房者,无钱看病者,怀孕后无钱生孩子的给予24小时内的帮助.请投我一票.
5.税收问题:  如果您认为最重要的是每个环节不多花钱.我相信现有的开支一定有可节约的余地. 
      要好好算一算.在不减少市府服务项目的前提下,用科学方法花钱,不多收税. 请投我一票.           
6.道路清洁:  市府道路要定期清洁.清洁花费要按街道行人多少分配.清洁时间不许泊车.洒水车要跟上.
7.图书馆:    如果您认为要多买有用的新书,延长开馆时间,工作人员的多少应按每年借书量而定.请投我票.
8.新生儿:    如果您认为新生儿出生证,健康卡,社会保险卡市府应在孩子出生时在医院用
            一个表格全办完.全不收费.请投我一票.美国能做到，我们也可以．
9.市府人员罢工问题: 如您认为要把这些部门分成小块,就不会要罢工就全罢工,
               影响市民生活.如同意,请投我一票.
10.TTC 票价: 我认为TTC票价应有低收入特别价.让他们不会因为没钱而少乘车耽误事.
11.电话和上网：在加拿大开始生活，这个是最基本的．所以我认为低收入家庭应有半价优惠．
              美国有城市能做到，我们为什么不能．

        Toronto is a nice city with a good system. Can we make it better? 
Yes we can. How?  We need more people to give more ideas. Today I would like 
to add my values, my ideas to the existing system of Toronto. 
Hopefully you like my ideas and agree my ideas. Impotently vote on me to 
make good ideas become reality.

1.SCHOOL: If you have children and if you feel our schools should open 
         7AM-6PM (class hours no change, you can drop your kids at 7am, 
         pick up before 6pm) and schools should have a lunch program and the 
        city should offer school buses for all students no matter how far they live. 
       Then you should vote for me. We will work together to make these ideals come true.

2.PHONE, INTERNET: If you are a student, a new immigrant or a low-income family 
        and you agree Bell Canada and Rogers should have a low rate for us with their 
        phone and their Internet charge, then you should vote for me because 
        I will talk with them to try to make them come reality. 
       These are the very basic for people who can start their life.
3.TTC: If you take TTC and if you think that TTC should have a low-income 
      family rate, then you should vote for me because I will talk with TTC to 
      try to create a low-income family rate. Help them when they need, 
      they can help society sooner and better. 
4.TRAFFIC: If you drive and are tired of bad traffic, then you should vote 
       for me because my ways can reduce traffic a lot without you paying more 
       tax money. Car accidents should be removed right away in order to let 
       people go to drive to work first. More school buses should be made so we 
       can have less traffic while parents drop off their kids. 
       More Internet on line services will be provided by the city. 
       People do not need to drive here and there.
5.CRIMES: If you want to see less crimes being done, then you should vote for me because 
        I will use councilor office money to set up a 24 hours “suggestion” hot 
      line to answer all complaints. I will also set up 24 hours “at that moment help” 
      line for any person without any money and for the people that feel hopeless in situations. 
6.HAIR CUT: If you are female who do not want to spend a lot of money on her hair cut, 
       then you should vote for me because my idea is that hair cut charge should be 
       same for women and men.
7.WASHROOM: If you are female who feel public washrooms are a problem, 
       then you should vote for me because I think women’s washrooms should be more then men’
       s washrooms at public places.
8.BABY: If you are going to deliver baby in hospital, then you should vote for me because 
       I think the paper work for newborn babies’ birth certificate, health card, and 
       social Insurance Card should be done at hospital at one time. They should all be free and at no charge.
9.TRAFFIC LIGHTS: If you do want to see fewer car accidents at traffic lights, 
         then you should vote on me because the traffic lights have to be changed to 
        make sure no cars can hit each other when they all follow the correct green lights 
       because some traffic accidents are caused when the lights malfunction and 
           put on the green light at both sides.
I understand it is very difficult to make any changes to society today and that is why 
I want to get your support to vote for me. Even we can make only one of 
above changes in next 1 to 10 years, our next generation and we will benefit 
from it forever. Thank you very much.
